Who we are
February is led by sisters Shannon Morton and Cara Gray, who after many years of individually honing their craft across advertising and publishing, joined forces to combine their complementary expertise.
Shannon’s career spans some of the world’s most respected lifestyle and interiors titles. She has held senior creative roles including Art Director of Donna Hay, Promotions Art Director of Marie Claire, Creative Director of British Homes & Gardens, and Creative Director of Livingetc UK. Her work is defined by a refined visual sensibility, strong editorial storytelling and an instinct for timeless, elevated design.
With a background in high-end agency advertising, Cara brings deep expertise in retail, fashion and lifestyle. She has created award-winning campaigns and brand communications for clients including Glasshouse, Sheike, Vodafone, Big W and Westfield, delivering cohesive brand experiences across press, packaging, in-store communications, POS, installations, events and activations.
Together, they bring strategic clarity, creative authority and hands-on leadership to every project.
